Course Maker is a digital product delivered electronically. Upon payment confirmation you receive access to downloadable files, including an Obsidian vault and related materials. The Engine tier additionally includes the funnel template and prompt pack. No physical product is shipped. Access is granted to the email address used at checkout.
To claim it, reply to your purchase receipt within 14 days of purchase with all three of the following: (1) a screenshot of your vault open in Obsidian, (2) a link to your live offer page, and (3) links to 10 videos posted since your purchase. Show the work and if the system didn't deliver, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method. One refund per customer.
The guarantee is about whether the system delivered when you actually ran it. Do the work, show the work, and if the system did not deliver, your money comes back in full. It is not a promise about outcomes. It does not cover the cost of any third-party AI subscriptions or tools you choose to buy, and it creates no entitlement relating to sales, income, traffic, or audience.

We make no guarantees, promises, or representations of any kind regarding income, revenue, sales, customers, followers, business success, or any specific outcome. Any results or wins shown anywhere on this site, in marketing, in the product, or in customer messages are examples of what individual people have done and are not typical, not projections, and not promises of what you will achieve. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, execution, skill, niche, market conditions, and factors outside our control. The guarantee above is tied solely to whether the system delivered the build it describes, never to whether that build earned money.
Course Maker is licensed to you for personal and commercial use in building and selling your own digital products. You may use the method, templates, prompts and swipe copy to create products you sell under your own brand, and adapt any of it as far as you like. Anything you produce with it is entirely yours. We claim no ownership of your content, your copy, or your revenue.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, or republish the Course Maker files themselves — the vault, the templates, or the prompts — in whole or in part. The distinction is simple: what you build with it is yours; what we handed you is not yours to hand on. This licence is for one buyer and cannot be transferred. It ends if you breach it.
Your access link is unique to your purchase, and downloads made through it are logged. Unauthorised distribution is a breach of these terms and will be pursued.
If you believe you are owed a refund, use the guarantee process above — it is fast and honoured. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support is a breach of these terms. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with the evidence of delivery and access on file, and access to all products will be revoked.
